Never had a haircut worse than this. Booked with Jena although I don't know who I actually got since there was no conversation or professionalism. I asked for 2 inches off and the hairdresser was very impolite and made unnecessary rude remarks about my hair and I felt like I was bullied the whole time. She cut about 7 inches of my hair off and gave me layers all around when I asked for layers just at the front to frame my face. she made rude remarks and said it would not look nice or suit me. I
