I had done my highlights there. Love the colour. Everything was clean and the staff is friendly. Also asked for a haircut. They cut only what I asked for. Definitely will return

The haircut was good, but the atmosphere didn’t feel very welcoming, especially if you don’t speak Arabic. I also paid more than expected because I booked through the app, and they said it would’ve been £15 cheaper directly. They lacked a card reader and asked for a bank transfer. They also charged £20 for a blow-dry but used very little heat protection, even after I asked for more. Overall, the service felt inconsistent, and I left a bit disappointed despite the decent haircut. May not return.
