The stylist did not ask what I wanted before she literally started cutting my hair- I had to stop her to let her know. Not much courtesy, I wasn’t spoken to but just gestured to come here or go sit there. Absolutely butchered my bangs. She was quick to cut them before I insisted on showing pictures of what I wanted. I showed about 4 pics and she ended up cutting them flat across rather than the curtain bangs I wanted. The right side is MUCH shorter than the left. Ask your clients what they want!

My stylist was not Jena but I was looked after by two fantastic ladies Maha and Wafia, who were fantastic! Due to misunderstanding I was not happy with my original cut by both ladies listened to me attantively and then cut my hair to my expectations. Very frienfly, skilled and professional. I can deffinitelly recommand there services. I will be back soon. Petra
