This was my first visit at Jena salon.
i did balayage and a cut. the balayage came out better than anticipated and the cut is amazing!
the staff are so attentive and professional, they ensure that every client is happy.
they were very busy that yet still managed to serve every client exceptionally and keep the place spotless clean.

Everything was AMAZING! The only think I did not like was that the girl who washed my hair didn’t wash it very well. The stylist was amazing and did the cut exactly to the length and style I wanted. Will 100% go back and recommend

Found them very unprofessional. Firstly, was taken to a sink that was full of someone else's hair to get my hair washed. The entire time my hair was being cut, the stylist was more focused on conversation. When I asked her opinion on what length my bangs would look nice, she very rudely said ' I don't advise'. Hair was styled very well but the moment Iwashed at home, I saw what an awful job has been done. Layers not blended and very choppy, even though I asked for for them to be blended.
