I think the ladies are really welcoming, professional and business minded. I came with a request for balayage, not with blond but rather I wanted a reddish colour. Because the hair colour I usually use is the specific lightest brown, I brought my own colour for the salon to help me to cover my roots. But now the effect of the red balayage is not completely as I would like. I wish I had been told that is really necessary to darken a bit more the colour of my roots for the desired effect
