It was my first time at Jem’s Salon as my normal colourist has gone on maternity leave, I booked in for full head highlights with Leigh-Ann, she was so lovely and I felt immediately at ease, she was very knowledgeable about colour and I’m super pleased with the results I also had a quick trim and then went home with a mask in my hair which I like to do when I washed it out the next day my colour looked fab, highly recommend
