I am so happy with my balayage. For someone who is always so nervous to let people touch her hair I cannot compliment Lula enough for her caring nature towards making sure I understood the process and making me feel comfortable. We talked through my notes from when I made the booking and she was ready with photos of what my hair colour could look like. She explained the process of toning and answered my questions on how I could help maintain away from the salon. I will definitely be back.
