I have been going to Jem’s since it opened and have never trusted anyone else to do my hair. Lana is amazing and smashes it out of the park everytime. She knows exactly what I want and manages to surpass my expectations every single time. Thank you!🫶🏼🫶🏼

I feel terrible leaving a 1 star review. The ladies at the salon were lovely and the environment was great but I am absolutely devastated after my haircut. I asked for about an inch of hair off, my hair was just past my shoulderblades. She cut off about 6 inches of hair. Everytime I look in the mirror I tear up. I have a small deformity on my back that my long hair covered up and now it out in the open and my confidence is completely shattered. It'll take years to grow back
