This is the third time I have been to Jem’s Salon. I have, what previous hairdressers have called, ‘difficult hair’. It is very thick, coarse and wavy. Jemma looked at my hair and said she would ‘point cut’ it which was exactly what I wanted. The colour I have is tailor made to my hair: All of the staff are very attentive and polite.
