Good haircut, blowdry was a little flat and too shiny for my liking but staff were lovely. Would be nice if they could play some music to create a bit of an atmosphere!

What a hidden gem! My stylist was lovely, she really listened to what I wanted and i love the results - the colour’s great and the cut was exactly what I wanted.

Everyone was really lovely and I would thoroughly recommend Jem’s for anyone with curly hair! They listened to what I wanted and were able to give me a haircut that suited my curly hair. My curls feel so healthy now, I will definitely be coming back.
