Had a full head of classic highlights, cut and blow dry by Lulu. She’s brilliant and absolutely lovely! She took the time to help me work out what I wanted and also discussed my usual routine to style my hair before the cut to ensure I could actually maintain it. I love my hair and will be rebooking in six weeks. As I’ve said in other reviews - the salon and staff at Jem’s are great! Thank you Lulu :)
