The hairdresser was very professional and did a good job coloured my hair a nice blue and straighten it for me went above and beyond very happy would recommend and will always go back to Jems salon x

Super friendly. Beth explained everything she was doing and gave me options/showed me colours... made sure I was comfy and left me with coffee. Salons really cute, with a chilled vibe.
Loved my cut, colour and my favourite bloody bow dry yet... my hair is naturally curly and puts some people off, Beth wasn't one (thank god).
Couldn't get my ears done as the stud I wanted wasn't in stock but Laurie was lovely and let me pick when ordering and arranged another day.

Lovely lot that work at jems salon. Feel comfortable no matter what your hair is like and no judgement of any of them.
Alice done my eyelashes and was so lovely to talk to and explained everything that other places had never told me. They do a eyelash cleaning kit and would recommend that to every one that has them done.
Leanne done my wash cut and blowdry and again was such a down to earth person that could have a nice chat with and again makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable there.
