Hair cut was lovely. Hair stylist really nice. Brilliant cup of tea. Young receptionist would put people off. Looked very miserable and when asked to wash the treatment off complained that she had to work. Also pushed comb down the side of the chairs to get round of any hair. Didnt see her take the combs away to wash after - not great although im really hoping she did clean them before someone used them again. Such a shame as other than her actions/lack of smile, the cut and stylist was lovely

I had a great experience at Jem’s Salon with Lana, as she was very kind and knowledgeable. The Salon has a really lovely feel to it and everyone was really friendly. I won’t go anywhere else to get my hair done now.
