Lula was lovely. It was my first time with her as Beth normally does my hair. She listened to what I wanted and got it spot on, gave me some amazing advice regarding shampoo and conditioner as my hair was dry.

Recently moved and wanted to try a new salon, I was greeted with the friendly staff at Jems, and immediately felt comfortable. My treatment was with Laurie and she was so professional, the results are amazing! Cannot recommend enough!
