Lana is amazing, very skilled professional. Friendly, polite, social and at the same time very respectful of privacy if you are on quiet mode. I have very difficult hair, because of a daily hormone pill I have been on for years. Believe it or not, this is affecting the way my hair behave, especially when touching up roots as I might turn out pink or blonde or anything you can imagine, however Lana has really tamed my scalp!!!
