Rosie was excellent but had to leave due to a personal problem but lady who took over did a very good cut. I like the relaxed atmosphere but was a bit too chaotic as some of the "clients" seemed to take over the salon so wasn't as relaxed as could have been. I feel these "clients" need to realise that it should be a place of calm to look forward to coming to and a few words need to be said by management. I have friends who have said the same, so it wasn't just me!
