Booked and paid via Treatwell, then was hit with a surprise £10 extra charge after the treatment. Staff claimed Treatwell adds a 50% markup and offered a cash discount, felt shady and unprofessional. I paid online and then they called me five times. Pricing should have been clear upfront. Be warned business practices are shady and my nails are average.
