Have been a regular and enjoyed this salon. The two girls were always friendly and were delicate. This time new member of staff. I think she was tired didn’t feel like she cared. I got cut with the electric tool (1st time at this salon) too and had it bleeding. The place seem less cleaned.The nail tech had longer natural nails her self that would make experience uncomfortable as they were digging into my fingers and hurt at times. Nails look good but not enjoyable experience.

It would've be nice if they had greeted me when I arrived and looked at me as I thanked them when leaving. I felt unappreciated as a regular customer. I'm seriously looking at alternatives places where my custom will be welcomed. If they're too busy these days to even make some polite conversation, maybe they need more staff or cut back on the number of clients
