They were 25 minutes late and did not recognise or speak to me until I was eventually called up. The supplies did not seem clean, and the place to wash my hands was not clean with inadequate supplies. They took me off from the chair before I was finished to help someone else, and my nails looked bad after leaving. Truly one of the worse experiences I have ever had, and really recommend using anywhere else!
