The appointment initially went quite went well, I enjoyed the shampoo. The stylist gave a nice complimentary head message, however when it came to the hair cut, the lacked finesse, it was very blunt and lacked shape as a whole. It was almost like the haircut stopped half way and didn't "finish". I even asked the stylist the cut the front bits to make it look front but she wasn't helpful or rectify it. My hair was already short (like a long bob) and I simply wanted to refresh it and adjust it, and I needed to get it rectified by a more qualified stylist the day after. I would not approach this salon if you're looking for a competent hair cut on a bob.

Very happy with my haircut, this was my second time in the salon and came back as I loved my last haircut. Krissy, the stylist takes time to listen to your ideas and I was offered a beverage. Will keep going back!
