Overall my experience was wery good. I did the Japanese strengthening on the roots as my previous one was more than a year old. Eunju was really kind and did my hair although they were damaged from bleaching. When I washed my hair four days later (to be sure haha) I was really relieved that they got super straight! I have to admit that my old straightening had my hair more straight and I can see the difference with the roots which are just a liiiiiittle bit freezier but it's only obvious to me :) I'm sorry for being confusing, my hair are eventually really straight! It's worth it! The feeling of effortless straight hair after washing them is amazing! Thank you!!
