I really love this salon and they have always done a great job but my most recent haircut just wasn’t me. I asked for a trim and it was cut far too short so I can’t even tie it up which I have to be able to do for work and in this hot weather! It doesn’t really suit me and I’m quite upset.
I will go back here but I will be much more explicit about what I want.

good venue and good staff but the result of the color is VERY far from what I asked. I insisted to have something not too dark and ended up with a very dark brown. extremly disappointed on this point. on a better note the Olaplex treatment is very good (but the phase 3 is not included and cost 32 pounds, this info is not on the description!!!!!)
