After spending 3 hours in the salon and expecting waves all over, all I got is minimal waves at the tips of my hair which is long, and looks no different at all.... I went back to complain and was told "what did you expect"?? Definitely not spending £190 for this. Extremely disappointed :(

Love loved my experience, everyone was so friendly, offering tea twice! The hair came out fabulous and can't wait to come back again! Thank you Ai and Jeju hair for my revamped look!
