I am sorry to say my highlights were an absolute disaster. I was worried to begin with and then she (I won't say the name) was stressed herself, and even though she had booked me for 4 hours had other customer appointments and she kept turning them away or asking them to come back and then rushing through my hair. she tried to darken my roots and it went too dark, so she had to scrub peroxide into the hair and she told me how nervous she was about it. Not a good thing to say to a customer whose head is in your sink. Then she said she didn't have enough time to straighten my hair, which I knew if she didn't would result in a complete puffball from all the bleach she had used, so I I told her to forego the oleplex and just dry my hair and straighten it so I could go out after. I am not from London, so I could not go home and fix her shoddy work. She also kept repeating, I don't know why your colour didn't lift, well I don't know either, I am not the professional. All in all, it was one of the worst hair experiences I've had. My hair is in terrible condition, not the colour I wanted and I was so anxious to get out of there, I had to go for a drink after :(

The straightening seems fine so far, but the haircut was absolutely terrible. My fringe was cut choppily and my hair was cut far too short and layered when I specifically asked for no layers. The staff are friendly but there are some inexperienced people on the team.
I was quite nervous going in, because I haven't had my hair coloured in a long time, but as soon as I sat down I felt at ease. I felt like staff is very professional and I can just let them them do whatever they think is best.
The stylist was very friendly. I had to wait a few minutes for my haircut. The effect was not as stunning as something I could get for the same price elsewhere.
