I was greeted by the friendly staff and offered tea/coffee upon arrival.
The lady who washed my hair was attentive, asking if I was okay with the water temperature and pressure she applied when messaging my scalp.
Hitomi the hairdresser really took the time to understand what I wanted done with my hair, asking me questions, and looking at photos I showed her of hairstyles. We also had some lovely chats throughout!
