I have been a regular Jeju customer for a few years now and love the salon. I opted for a change and do go darker with my hair colour - really happy with my stylist and the results. There was an issue with the front part of my hair going far too light from bleach when the rest was dark, but my stylist corrected the issue straight away and I'm very happy with the end result.
Worst experience. I paid £230+ for a digital perm, only to be told at the end that my hair is not suitable! The staff were rude saying it’s not their fault and there’s nothing they can do, when they pride themselves in having an experienced hairdresser who could not tell me at the beginning that my hair is not suitable for the treatment. Their website only mentions that treatment will not work on damaged and fully bleached hair, none of which is mine! Emailed them afterwards wanting a refund, they didn’t even bother replying! Stay away!
