I was happy with the Japanese hair dresser Ai.
She treated my hair really well.
But this time, Eunju has done my hair for the first time.
I had a terrible experience.
I had the intensive treatment care and the hair cut.
I can't see any different result from the intensive treatment.
No improvement of my hair condition.
The hair cut was terrible. One side is longer than the other side. She didn't even refine the outline. Ended up spending £89. I feel like, it was bit of rip-off. Never going back!

My stylist was Kevin. He was really pleasant to be with, he asked me questions about my hair and gave insight on what he would think is best for my hair. Was really caring and had very positive energy. Eunju was also there for extra advice and she was lovely too!
