I had a great experience at Jeju - Hitomi really listened to how I wanted my hair cut, and made some suggestions based on what I said. She was thoughtful, considerate, friendly and frequently checked if the lengths she was cutting were okay. She also gave me advice on how to look after my hair. I will definitely be back and will ask for Hitomi! Rating Jeju 4/5 because I was kept waiting for 20 minutes after my appointment start time.
