I mentioned from the beginning that my hair was very, very curly. However, it was only after the shampoo was done and the blow-dry had already started that I was told I would need to pay extra. The timing felt very odd, as this should have been communicated as soon as I mentioned my hair type.
What made the experience even worse was the owner yelling at me for nearly 15 minutes straight over an extra £10. It was embarrassing, uncomfortable, and completely ruined the experience.
Veda & another hairdresser (don't know the name 😔, sorry) were obviously knowledgeable about the Japanese treatment ( and above everything knowledge about everything - I previously cut my hair there), friendly, attentive .... The treatment is perfect. Iam very happy with the results. Can't wait to get back 😁
