The colour didn’t really feel like balayage - it looks a bit stripy. The whole process took a really long time too, but the hairdresser was really friendly and apologised profusely. My hair cut and blow dry is great. I’m not sure I’d come back for balayage though.

She mainly listened to me how I wanted my hair. But after going home, I realised the fringe was cut a bit too thin and there is a sudden cut, so it looks awkward. Hygiene wise, I wish they wore their mask properly.
