I've been having my (very curly) hair straightened for over 15 years and for the last 5/6 years at Jeju. Each time is just as exceptional as the last. Ai was friendly, professional and did an excellent job (my hair is, as usual, pin straight). After several poor experiences at other salons, I will now only go to Jeju to have my hair straightened despite living in the North East. Very friendly and helpful staff; I also felt very comfortable with the COVID measures taken. 5 stars all around.

It’s a really cute local salon, I’ve been there 3 times for a blow dry and every time they do not seem to understand what a big wavy/curly blow dry means.
Each time I’ve left with a straight one - which is such a waste of time and money. When I book through treatwell it says the service will cost £28, when paying at the venue I have always been charged £33… avoid if you want a blow dry.
