The staff were fine, but the entire time I was freezing cold. My perm came out awfully, was completely straight, they didn’t diffuse my hair or put any product in it or give any aftercare. I paid £225, plus £85 train to come for this treatment.

Japanese stylist AI was really good skilled, having so much technical knowledge and charming lady. I highly recommend her to do your hair, and you must have good time and must be satisfied then.

Very happy with the haircut. Another customer seemed to be in a rush, which in turn made the hairdresser look like she was in a hurry. But recommended if you're Asian as certain Western hair salon can struggle to cut Asian hair.
