I used to make perm every 3 years so it wasn’t my first time.
It was supposed to be 2hours, it lasted 4h for a very poor result.
I had to pay 40£ more for a treatment that was supposed to help the perm.
So in the end O paid 190£ for nothing and not even a thank you goodbye from the boss who did my perm. Johanna was lovely but she wasn’t in charge of my cold perm.
Angry and very disappointed, never again!

I really like this independent hair salon, I feel they are attentive to detail and very welcoming. They are also honest and helpful when making hair cut/colour decisions.

I had a terrible experience when having a haircut here. The director/owner is kind of unwelcome and not really professional. I came with some idea in mind as well as a picture of a hairstyle I would like to have. I also asked for her opinion whether this style suit me or if she has any suggestions. She was kind of refuse to give any opinion. I had long hair but the total time of wash-cut-blow dry was just 35 minutes. It's not worth a value, quality or experience. Very terrible indeed

I had very bleach damaged blonde hair that I wanted to fix and no longer use bleach. Jeju salon fixed my hair, cutting it beautifully in an eastern style cut and dye I asked for. They did it well even on my thin western hair. I have a Smokey beige colour now and the condition is much better.
Really good covid measures, and attention to detail- I didn’t have any hair cuttings in my clothes after and no dye on my face, neck or ears. My neck and face they kept dry whilst washing my hair. <3
