Asked if Japanese straightened hair could be coloured, said yes. Hair good leaving the salon though parts purple from toner. Week later hair a frizzy yellow mess. Hairdresser said they knew it would happen but was my fault for not asking (again?), not knowing about hair types or that their toner doesn’t last, etc. Offered to retone but would have only lasted a week again and hairdresser rude so declined. Called me to make excuses (I was too quiet??) for 20 minutes before I hung up. Avoid!
