The overall experience was great! I had a haircut and perm.
The staff members were kind and attentive e.g., asked me if I want another complimentary drink when she noticed I finished my first drink.
Hitomi was very friendly, energetic, and professional. She provided her opinion and recommendation for my haircut and perm, which I followed, and I love how it turned out. She also has a great head massage technique when washing my hair. I had a pleasant and interesting conversation with her.
