All staff are very welcoming, friendly and polite. Eddy gave good advice for hairstyle and how to style myself. I'm so happy with the final result. This is my second time here and I don't think I will ever go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Overall the Japanese straightening treatment was a pleasant experience. Lucy was professional, caring and explained the process including how long things would take. The support staff were also friendly. The process took a total of four hours but with how smooth things went, it felt like time flew by. Thanks again to Lucy and the Jeju team. Very happy with the end result.
