I loved the overall experience. When I was getting my hair washed, I felt comfortable and relaxed. I had a picture to reference the haircut I wanted to go for and I was so happy with the results. I’ve also been advised on how to blow dry my hair so I can get the same effect on my own.

I wanted to like this place, and in fairness I do like my cut. But the stylist was nearly 40 minutes late for the appt and didn’t even acknowledge or apologise for running so late. I get that things over run, but acknowledgment goes a long way.
