My first visit here will be my last. I asked for a men's perm with a middle part and waves, showing reference pictures, but Soh made it too curly. When I pointed it out, he insisted it was the same. I asked to reduce the curls (by trimming) but my hair ended up shorter than I wanted. For £140, I expected better service, like cleaning the hair off me afterward. There was no wash after the cut. I left with a lot of hair down my shirt
