Haircut was good! Unkind customer help if you run into any issues. I got charged extra for "long hair" - under show details, in fine print, no specifications; extra is fine but inform your clients better! I travelled all the way, sat in the chair, only to be told "you can pay it or leave, your choice". & word-for-word by the old Asian lady with black-framed glasses, "just because clients don't know about the cost, doesn't mean they don't have to pay". So you can charge clients any amt you want?

I really wanted to love this treatment, I’m a toddler mum and my hair was fine, curly and frizzy - so I thought that getting it permanently straightened would just save me a bit of time, and allow me to leave the house with minimal fuss looking half decent for a change. I am astounded at the results and sadly not in a good way. Yes my hair is pretty straight now…but it is so horribly damaged that it just looks like parts of it have been frazzled. If you have fine hair, steer clear! Very sad :(
