Very happy with the haircut and treatment. Slightly disappointed with the wash prior to the cut as water was constantly splashed onto face and pooled into ears.

The salon owner was very knowledgeable and honest in her advice to me. She took her time to ensure that I was happy with the hair cut and colour. Very attentive service from all the staff. The price is also fairly reasonable for central London location.
