The lady I spoke to was lovely, but the hair didn’t turn out how I wanted it, despite showing the length of the cut, I found my hair cut shorter than agreed and the cut isn’t great :( I also left the salon sad cause, despite asking for waves and showing pics of how I needed my hair, I was sent home with no waves and no styling cause there was no time,meanwhile I heard them saying next client was 30 mins early. This never happened to me, even when it says 1h they always take as much as it takes
