Colour used was not the same colour that was listed in their record. My previous hair colour was done by others in the team who did it well but this stylist did not achieve the same colour. Hair was more ashy than previous.
The blow dry at the end was hardly a blow dry, more like just dried my hair with no effort.
Came out of the salon with flat looking hair colour and flat texture, was very disappointed, will not go back again. Shame as I’ve been going to this salon for 3 years.

I really like this salon, and I always get a good haircut. However, this time my hair was cut a little short despite asking for a trim. Obviously needed though. Also, I hate when hairdressers make you feel bad for not having been in a while. IMO
