Soh was unprofessional with poor communication. He did not do my straightening well and is in a rush in finishing it, such a waste of money! There was a miscommunication about trimming my hair, i even show him the picture as i recon he did not understand what I was trying to say, now my hair is very short which I am very uncomfortable with it. And he just left me without even telling me that he is gonna be with the other client to cut her hair. Worst service!
