Hi, I’m Josh, a Level 5 qualified Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist with a Sports Science degree and over 10 years of hands-on experience. Despite the name, sports massage isn’t just for athletes. I work with everyone from active people and sportspeople to office workers and anyone dealing with muscular tension, stiffness or the everyday aches that come with work and life. My treatments are tailored to you rather than following a set routine. Depending on what you need, sessions can combine sports massage, deep-tissue and soft-tissue techniques, with a focus on helping you move and feel better. I aim to keep treatments professional, relaxed and straightforward, whether you're coming in with a specific problem area or simply want to reduce tension and recover.
