I think £45 was a bit too much for just a cut and blow dry. I already washed my hair prior to coming although this was included in the package. The appointment was prepaid (voucher + cash) but ended up paying extra £15. I was told the initial amount paid was just for really short hair🤔.Though the staff were nice but when you are left with no other choice but either cancel or be inconvenienced because you made the time for the appointment and just leave, it's not nice.Be clear about hair lengths
