I was 10 minutes early to my appointment. A lady sitting at the back room wasn't very welcoming. However, during my appointment, a mixture of strip and hot wax was used. The strip wax was honey based and left me very sticky even though oil was used, it done no help. A lot of missed patches of hairs on my legs. I had also mentioned that I purchased 2 hours of parking however the lady went over the time limit and was constantly texting on her phone. Not acceptable.

Havva is a very friendly and professional hair stylist, always has a smile, very welcoming. Nata, who is one of the beauticians is friendly, polite, listens to what you want and always leaves me walking out of the salon very happy.
