If I could give Poppy 10 stars I would! She is an exceptional talent and as a very nervous eyebrow 'novice' I was keen to know that I wouldn't end up with thick slugs for eyebrows. Poppy put me at ease immediately with her professional and competent approach, explained the procedure and ensured that I was comfortable throughout. She listened to my concerns (no red pigment!) and consulted with me constantly on the shape and colour of my eyebrows. The end result was fantastic, couldn't be happier.
