My hair is still perfectly straight 12 days after the silk press. Usually with other hair stylists, I would have had to do touch ups with a hair straightener by now, but this time no heat is needed for maintenance - I'm impressed! Very shiny, no frizz.
My appointment took longer than expected as there was a mix up/clash with another client, but despite the waiting around, I would go back, the hairstylist was apologetic about it, helpful and skilled too, did her best to keep us both happy
