Great thorough service with a blowdry that's really worth it. Genuine advice for Afro hair and takes care to get to know your needs. I had the Argan treatment and my hair felt soft and looked gorgeous.
Out of everything, I enjoyed my time there. Jazzy was so polite, engaged in conversation with me, allowing me to feel very comfortable. On top of that, I left feeling more than satisfied as my hair looks healthy again with no split ends! It was my 2nd visit to the hair salon and I will definitely be attending within the next couple of months.

I have mixed race which I find difficult to manage. I have been attending Jazzy G for the past 22 years as I do not trust anyone else to do my hair and I have continued to attend Jazzy G despite moving to Wales. Teresa is extremely knowledgeable and will not carry out a treatment if she does not believe that it is right for your hair. Yes, there is sometimes a wait but I believe the outcome justifies this
There was a mix up with this booking meaning that I was not seen by the hairdresser until 7pm for an appointment booked for 530pm. The relaxer was ok however the products used were cheap basic products ...not what I would expect having paid £50. My hair was in a natural state and I was made to pay an additional £20 at the salon ...was only notified of this after the relaxer was already applied to my hair. If I was informed prior I would be able to make a proper decision.
The hairdresser seems knowledgeable about afro hair however I do not see myself making the journey again to come to this salon as I can receive better quality products in a more luxurious setting for this luxurious price.
