The experience was fine and punam was great and very reassuring. What let it down was that I was charged for a Hollywood wax which is what I originally decided on. However I changed my mind and I only ended up opting for a Brazilian wax. It was my first wax so I was naive but when I googled the difference between Hollywood and Brazilian, I definitely just got a Brazilian wax but was charged a Hollywood still. Price wasnt changed after I voiced myself.
