Wax felt very rushed. Booked for 5:30, was asked to come 15 mins earlier because they close at 6 & during the session another worker asked how long the therapist was going to be. Areas were missed and had to wax the missed areas at home. Was asked to check to see if the wax was ok but it’s quite hard to check the front and back of a Hollywood wax and a little awkward with the therapist in the room. Sorry to leave a negative review but overall I’m not very pleased & won’t be returning.

I am the person who is reluctant to change a person to do my treatments.
Sarah was phenomenal, she is one very experienced young lady who understands your skins needs. I really thoroughly ❤️ my facials with her and she puts me to sleep. I would highly recommend seeing her for a thoroughly relaxed facial and walking out of the salon with a glow.
Truly exceptionally high level service provided every time and I would not trade to see anyone else
Love this lady and can’t wait for my next session.

Was my first time doing my brows with Sarah and she did an amazing job! My eyebrows looked horrible and she made them look perfect. Highly recommend her.
